While you relax anywhere in the world...

...your assistant keeps your business running. Set up for you, and looked after for you.

Digital assistants for independent hotels, restaurants, visitor attractions and service businesses across the UK. They answer your website visitors, keep your procedures and training up to date, give your team and your customers a private area with training and materials, and help your staff inside Microsoft 365.

What ZenFlowPro does

Every business starts with its own website assistant, set up with its name, colours and content, and adds the modules it needs. The assistant answers only from your own approved information. When it does not know something, it says so and records the question, so the answer can be added.

For your customers

Website assistant

The core of every plan. Answers your visitors around the clock from your website and approved documents, suggests relevant questions for the part of the page they are reading, and records any question it cannot answer for you to review.

Client area

A private area for your customers or course participants, with materials, tests and audio, and an assistant that answers from that content. It is built into your own website for each business.

Spoken answers

The assistant reads its answers aloud in a natural voice, so visitors can listen instead of reading.

For your staff and operations

Microsoft 365 and Teams

Connects the assistant to your own Microsoft 365: email, calendar, files, SharePoint and Teams, with access by role, so each person only sees what their job allows.

Procedures and training

Spots the questions staff ask that your procedures do not answer, drafts new procedures for a manager to approve, and asks staff to confirm they have read them, with a short quiz. Every version is kept. Needs the Microsoft 365 module.

Incidents and emergencies

Recognises urgent situations, opens the right emergency procedure, escalates through your team until someone responds, and writes a short review afterwards. Needs the Microsoft 365 module.

Staff area

A private area for your team with training, tests and progress, signed in by email, without needing a Microsoft 365 account for every person.

Content studio

Audio podcasts, tests and study materials made from your own documents and recordings, for training staff or customers.

Where things stand today. The website assistant and the client area are already in real use. The other modules are built and working as early versions. I finish and fine-tune them with each pilot business, one business at a time, starting with the modules that business chooses.

How it works

Done for you, from the first call to day-to-day support

1

A short call

We talk about how your business works and where the time goes: enquiries, procedures, training or paperwork.

2

I set it up for you

Your assistant gets your name, colours, content and procedures, and is connected to the Microsoft 365 you already use.

3

Your team uses it, I look after it

A short training call for your team, then ongoing support, regular reviews and improvements as your business changes.

Start with the assistant. Add what you need.

I set everything up, train your team and look after it. You pay monthly for the website assistant and for each module you use.

Microsoft 365

You buy your Microsoft 365 licences directly from Microsoft. I set it up and connect the platform to it.

Service terms and a data processing agreement are agreed with each client before anything goes live. Pilot businesses get a reduced price for their first six months.

Free 8-week pilot

I am looking for two or three small hospitality or service businesses to try ZenFlowPro free of charge for eight weeks. Pilots start in spring 2027 and run one at a time, so each business gets my full attention. Everything is set up and supported remotely, so it does not matter where in the UK you are.

Choose one or two areas
  • Website assistant
  • Procedures and training
  • Microsoft 365 and Teams
  • Client or staff area
What I do
  • Set everything up, using your existing content
  • Show you and your team how to use it in a short video call
  • Support you throughout the eight weeks
  • A short report at the end: what it handled, what it saved, what could be better
What I ask from you
  • A one-hour set-up call and access to the content to use
  • A short check-in every week or two
  • Honest feedback, and if you are happy, permission to describe the results as a case study
Free for 8 weeks, no obligation

At the end you decide: continue at a reduced introductory price, or have all your data deleted.
